Shipping & Delivery

Once the goods have been been processed to the packing department you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable.

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour.

 

Standard Delivery Charges:

 

  • All medication and Supplement orders are collected with 24 hours of placing you order and booked onto a Next day service at the cost of £4.95 (Orders over £75 free delivery).
  • All Parcel orders which contail any Wood Plastic accessories are dispatched and delievered with 2-5 Business Days. The service is £6.95 with unlimited items or (Orders over £75 free delivery).

  • PLEASE NOTE- ALL 20 KG+ BAGS FOR EXAMPLE CORN AND GRIT HAS DELIVERY SURCHARGES

    • Any Combination of 10KG+ bags can be placed within this delivery surcharges apply
    1 x per box = £4.95

    Please note these delivery times are for mainland England, Wales, Edinburgh & Glasgow.

    Order before 5pm weekdays and we will dispatch your order for next working day delivery. (Excluding 48/72 hour delivery zones)

    Returns from main land UK £15.00

    We offer a next day delivery service on most products on our store, orders need to be placed before 5pm to be eligIble for next day delivery.
    Orders for nextday delivery received after 5pm will normally be dispatched the next working day.

    Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 5pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
