The Fat Balls are a high energy treat, suitable for all species of wild bird for feeding all year round. Contained in a thin, plastic net, they can be easily hung individually from a convenient spot, multi fed from a feeder, or simply placed on the bird table, although it is advised that nets are removed upon feeding, to prevent small birds becoming tangled. The high fat content makes them a great source of extra energy, especially during times when natural resources are sparse.
