Quiko Rusk is a supplementary feed for all pet birds. It contains specially baked wheat, which keeps the rearing feed particularly fresh due to its absorbency. Quiko Rusk helps to optimize the moisture content of the egg feed mixed with it and helps to ensure that it does not become rancid or moldy. It also improves the structure of the egg feed, so that the birds can eat the offered feed without residue. Quiko Rusk is ideal for mixing additives such as vitamins, medicines or colorants evenly with the rearing feed, if required.

Feeding Instruction:
Add 1 part Quiko Rusk and 1 part water to a suitable container. Allow Quiko Rusk to swell for about 5 minutes until the water has been completely absorbed. Add the wet Quiko Rusk to the Eggfood, rearing food or soft food. Mix 4 parts of Eggfood, rearing food or soft food with 1 part of Quiko Rusk and stir the mixture evenly. Add this mixture to the regular food. Larger quantities can easily be frozen in portions and thawed as needed. Please note that Quiko Rusk must never be fed dry!
If you offer pet birds a wider range of feed additives, their feeding behavior will improve significantly. The young birds are fed more often and their appetite increases noticeably. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly alternate feed additives such as Quiko Rusk, boiled egg, fresh fruits and vegetables or sprouted food.
